This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website. It applies to Wax On Wax Off Detailing and to this website only.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, your vehicle’s year, make, model and colour, your description of the paint condition, the service and package you are interested in, whether you would like workshop or mobile service, your suburb if you ask about mobile service, your preferred timeframe and date, anything you write in the message box, and any photos you attach.
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and you should not send them to us by email.
How we use it
Your details are used to answer your enquiry — to assess what your vehicle needs, prepare a quote, and arrange a booking if you go ahead. We may contact you by phone, text or email using the details you supplied.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Where it is stored
This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are delivered and stored through Netlify Forms before being passed on to us. Netlify processes that data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
Enquiries we act on may also be kept in the ordinary business records used to quote, book and invoice work.
Third-party content on this site
Customer reviews shown on the homepage are loaded from our Google Business Profile through the Elfsight reviews widget. Loading that widget involves a request to Elfsight and to Google, which may collect technical information such as your IP address and browser details in the same way as any other embedded content.
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which involves a similar request. Map links open Google Maps in a new tab.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Third-party embeds such as the reviews widget and Google Fonts may set their own cookies or local storage under their respective policies.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch using the contact details below and we will action reasonable requests.
